You’ll also hear live versions of songs you hear all the time and might be sick of. Listen every Thursday from 1am to 6am. Crumity’s Corner

Each week, the goal of the show is to Inspire and Encourage the Rochester Community through the testimonies and stories of the struggle of others who did not give up or quit. They realized that on the other side of failure is success. Many of the guests are now business owners, home owners, have completed college and/or have the careers they always dreamed about. The show will also keep you informed of upcoming events and activities around town. Saturdays at 10am.

Derby Rocz

The Cashman, Hater Tot, Farrah Daze Rage and Shockin’ Audrey explore the world of Roller Derby and talk about Rochester’s Roc City Roller Derby’s 2 teams the Roc Stars and the B-Sides.  Catch interviews with the who’s who in the sport, and hear our weekly “explain the rules” segment.  We also tackle issues with this women’s centric sport and the emergence of a men’s league.  Fridays from 7 – 8pm.

Metal Mountain

Randall Burton has been a metal fan all his life and it’s that expertise that brings you a 2 hour climb up the Metal Mountain. Each week he’ll dive into his vast catalog and bring you hard rock and heavy metal of every shape and size. Glam, New Wave Of British Heavy Metal, 60’s and 70’s classics, Symphonic Metal, Hair Bands and so much more. You’ll hear songs that you simply won’t hear anywhere else!

Randall also likes to play Local and unsigned hard rock and heavy metal bands. You can submit the promo package to the station and he will play it on a future episode.

Plus there’s the Metal Mountain Stage where you’ll hear them live and LOUD! Join Randall every late Friday/Early Saturday as the clock strikes 12… Midnight that is!

Mind of Magnus

Armed with a single goal to ‘Learn something interesting and meet someone new everyday”, your host Magnus Champlin uses his show to share both. His talk show offers you, the listener, the opportunity to learn about the fellow Rochestarians that share your city. An hour long conversation with unique people, so you can learn about the Rochester Experience as they share their stories. Mondays 8pm & Fridays 1pm.

Nothing But Old 45’s

Larry Kratka is the host and producer of Nothing But Old 45’s and a seasoned broadcaster that has literally PLAYED most of the songs you hear on the show when he was on the air at radio stations from Massachusetts to Florida. The Connecticut native was the kid who would be playing records at school dances and that translated to a long career in broadcasting and as a mobile DJ. Among the many radio stations he has worked at are WBEC-AM-FM and WUPE-AM-FM in Pittsfield, MA where he spent 28 years on the air. Airing every Friday at 10pm

That Thing With Rich Appel

If you loved the fast-paced top 40 radio of the 1960s and 70s – where DJs talked up to the vocals, acappella and “shotgun” jingles stood out, and the commercials were almost as good as the hits – you just might like that thing with Rich Appel.

That Thing is a weekly three-hour celebration of that radio, highlighting the jingles, commercials and all the hits (from the rock ’n roll 50s through the rockin’ 80s), with features such as “The Slow Dance Make-Out Song of the Week,” “A Year in an Hour” and “The World’s Shortest Countdown.” Late Saturday/Early Sunday at Midnight.
